First things, first. We analyze your technology. We find out what is working for you and what isn't. We identify potential security risks and develop a list of current or ongoing issues.
We get a list of all of your devices which include computers, servers, printers, access points, as well as phones and tablets. We use this list to help you determine the level of support you will need.
Once we have all the data we need, that brings us to step two of the onboarding process.
We identify the specific needs of your business which include your existing setup, software you use, computers, printers, and collectively look for areas that either we can improve or that needs attention.
We then use your existing technology plan, or develop a new one to get your technology moving in the right direction. This plan should include equipment use agreements for employees, standardized procedures to request support, a computer relacement plan and much more.
We then get your plan, along with our reccomendations and work with you on developing an action list. This then brings us to the final step of the onboarding process.
Working along side your staff, we work seamlessy as if we are your own IT department. We get the plan we developed in step two and execute it by implementing/enforcing your technology policies and procedures. We train staff on how to request help, setup your account in our ticket system and we begin providing top notch technical support.
We provide training, support, on and offsite assistance and attend any meetings that will allow us to better support you and your staff.
